EVENT WAIVERS
A staple of each competition we attend, all the waivers for this competition have been digitized to allow for quick completion and to avoid the nightmare that comes from trying to fit all those waivers into one envelope. We feel the struggle.
The waivers that are required for entry in the Oak Hills Classic are as follows;
- USEF Waiver & Release of Liability
- EVUSA Waiver & Release of Liability
- Oak Hills Stables Waiver & Release
These waivers have been combined for your convenience and are required for all vaulters, lungers, coaches and active participants in the event. Spectators are not required to complete the waivers.
